Wow. Great entry wine from Fichet. Surprising acid and broad shoulders. Easily best example of this forgotten and abused grape.

Well made wine just no fireworks. Carries Fichet's signature style of precision and tension between fruit, mineral & acidity but didn't quite inspire the wide mouth grin.

More fleshed out than when tasted previously, but arguably soft-er, not very complex, and moderately short finish. Getting it done as far as "mouth rinse" but not as impressive as many other Aligote.
