Was too fruity on the nose -- so I hesitated with Chablis, I called a good quality Russian River. And called the grape. Very enjoyable one.

Fresh as a daisy

Good burgundy wine with lobster

Paired with black cod, Japanese eggplant and summer beans. This didn't scream Burgundy to me; more like RRV.

Nice. More of a traditional Chablis (no discernible oak).

Delicious!

Now I love a good Chablis. Racy minerality is right up my street. But this has way too much of both for me. Not subtle. Very green.
