Pairs well with warm shrimp salad and chicken from Le Dip. Opens up with just a bit of air. Can't even begin to describe the palate, but beautiful salinity.

Elegant and poised, the Burgundian talent making this (Gagnard) shows in the wine, with light yeasty notes and light berry and earthy notes. Best Cremant de Bourgogne for me made of Pinot.
