La Villaudière Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Bone dry, woody, austere, with anise, gooseberry, and unripe pineapple.

Very average Sancerre. Clean and unexciting.

Bracing acidity, nice minerality. Lime, gooseberry, green apple, tarragon. Good value

Ehh. When limited by LCBO. It’s a Sancerre.

Drank with barramundi with a light lemon sauce. Very good pairing. Light, good mouthfeel, slightly floral, some citrus. Medium-length finish. Very enjoyable wine.

2017 vintage.
Have only had this varietal a couple times but I really enjoyed it. A light, crisp white wine. A bit acidic on the front but nice finish. Would definitely buy again.

Really good Sauvignon Blanc, typical for Sancerre. Very elegant, good balance, long aftertaste. I really enjoyed it!

Delicious expression of Sancerre, lightly acidic and great with harissa salmon

Отличный пиноч. Нос минерал, спелая вишня, дерево, пара волосков козы. Цвет прозрачно-рубиновый, но для пино нуар темный. Вяленая слива, кора, береста, белый перец. Среднетелое, питкое, Послевкусье нежное, продолжительно, слегка смородиновое или малиновое.
