Gorgeous nose that’s an amalgam of flowers, chalky minerals, and crisp orchard fruit. On the sip, there’s at first a perfectly ripe, pure fruit note, but then there is both a flavor and tactile transition to intense crushed stoney minerals. Loads of energy and acids on the almost tannic finish. Very unique. Can’t believe how cheap this was (around $12 if I remember correctly).

Pop and pour, notes from 3 hrs open. On the nose: softly oxidized pineapple, basil, drenched in meyer lemon. Wow, super yumny. On the palate: excellent acidity, more pineapple, basil and meyer lemon; good density and lovely fruit. Fantastic.

So tasty. “Glou glou”.
Yellow apple, pineapple core, pear, white flower and a ton of chalk. Just a super tasty easy wine. Some RS on finish but still leans to dry.
