Ahh very young. Tart, high toned and steely, chablisien without the chalky minerals, well done oak that will integrate. Prominent SO2. Better on day 2-3 now, when some tropical notes emerge on the nose. Needs way more time.

Do not overlook this small producer in Santenay, he is amazing and sells out quickly. This is beautifully balanced wine with oak, white flower, lemon and acidity. So elegant. @ Maufoux in Beaune
