Domaine Sainte Claire Chablis Chardonnay

I need a case of this.

Solid entry level for Brocard. Clean and fresh.

Floral, jasmine. Gardenia, melon, tropical fruit, citrus, honey, green apple. A but earthy. Spice on the palate.

Linear citrus with good texture and a wonderfully chalky finish.

Really not bad for an impulse, grocery store purchase. Bright acidity and fruit, a touch of honey...overall refreshing.

With the shrimp tacos in Los Banos on the way home

Had on Air France. Was delicious.

As a man who doesn't love Chardonnay this a nice one. High acidity from the cool nights. The fruit really sings. I love it.

Nice Chablis!

A but tight in the beginning. It opens up after awhile.
