Bougros Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

perfume of viburnum & white flowers, vanilla, nougat, papaya & mango, and oyster shell ~ loads of volume with a creamy palate of poached apple & pear, a vein of lemon and mineral finish

Lemon, green apple, green pear, mandarin orange, medium plus acidity.

Lovely lean Chardonnay. Mineral. Ripe but snappy.

Nice, integrated oak. Full body and snappy acidity.

Very mature on the nose but some youth on that palate. I would say this is very interesting and kinda tasty!

Round, well balanced with good acidity. Sole sparkles on my tongue while degustation...

Jeune, tight / tendu. Sérieux mais délicieux

Variety is necessary.

Nose: ripe apple, chalk, acidity, herbs, very high minerality. mouth: nice ripeness, nice acidity, well balanced.
