This is classic and delicious Chardonnay. Expressive yet subtle and beautifully settled with its lengthy elevage (30 months) - 2015

Round, rich and caramel-y! But with the balancing acidity that makes these jura wines shine so brightly. Loved it

Lots of citrus, lemon, mineral, chalk & a hint of hay with racy acid.

It is like drinking a Cristal champagne without the bubbles...crazy stuff

@Delectable this is Les Cèdres .... wow! Great wine! Calm nose, a bit of flower, a bit of chamomile or soft spices... great body, viscous, salty, sweet, acidic, creamy, all integrated into something very refined ... it feels like a saint aubin more than a Jura wine .... I get the hype though ... this is really really good!
