Fourchaume Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Pretty good for a 15. Needs air to open up. These are night 2 notes. Nose has intense minerality and yellow orchard fruit. A bit of that brothyness you get from Chablis. The flavors lean strongly toward the mineral, with a certain blocky quality and low acidity emblematic of the 15s. Finish turns a tad bitter.

Gorgeous flinty, Smoky nose with hints of preserved lemon and green apple. Great balance of acidity, fruit and minerality. Very long finish

Can't go wrong.

Mineral, lemon, showing some maturity (round and ripe, but still great acidity), lovely balance, medium-long finish, very fine 1er Cru Chablis at age 10!!

Lemon, mineral, and flinty aromas and flavors, close to maturity, but still some very solid acidity, medium-long finish, really solid 1er Chablis.

Really got saunters flavor, strong honey and delicate mineral taste, honey hive. Developed well. Long lasting
