Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of Top Gun. No formal notes because it’s a movie theater and we’re drinking out of paper cups. The 2018 is showing quite well with red berries, lovely florals and spice. I rarely drink the reds from Chassagne-Montrachet; perhaps I should consider it more often? Drink now through 2033+.

Delicious wine, and it’s not typically a style I enjoy. Cranberry, raspberry, and red currant on the nose & palate. Rust and tart red fruit on the front. Medium-plus acidity. Medium body. Fruit throughout. Tart, almost sour finish that’s balanced by tons of red fruit and subtle cocoa. Excellent with food and on its own.

Delicate, fruit upfront (bright cherry and raspberry) followed by oak on the back. Good amount of mineral on the back palate.
Maybe I have too much expectations on CM label but this is quite delishc elegant and aromatic vino.

Open and very generous, showing glowing red fruit, freshness and some medium tannins with a nice silky touch to it, drinks easy. 89-90

Oct 8th, 2021Always as good, spices on the nose, touch of liquorice, lots of ripe red fruit as well as on the palate, fresh and with some grip, nice length.
Toujours aussi bon, un nez épicé, réglisse un peu, du fruit rouge assez mur en quantité tout comme en bouche, suave et frais à la fois, belle longueur.
