First bottle was stricken by premox, this is more like it. Lots of lime and tropical fruit on this, with nice acidity to balance out the oak. Very open and drinking beautifully right now. Very fresh still considering the bottle age.

An interesting white. Very straw coloured, almost dessert wine in taste - a very drinkable wine but complex at the same time.

This Bachelet St-A punching above its weight last night, chalky and full without being heavy. Lime zest, lotta wood for a white Burg. Solid match for oysters. Thanks, James.
