Fucking Delectable. Ate my first submission. Take 2. Nose shows cracked stones, a bit of petrol, and yellow apple skin fruit. Mouth is weightier than the nose suggests. Intense. Loads of minerality. Energized with minerality and pretty good acidity. Long, lip smacking finish. Really fine.

Motor oil on nose- synthetic I’d say- beautiful fruity mouthfeel. Little lemon, candy but it is not sweet. Dry. Nice acidity.
