Very pale lemon. A little petillance bordering on spritzig. Notes of Fruit Salad and Quince with the bitter finish of the latter - but it works. Made in a natural way with no added sulphites. A refreshing and different take on Chenin Blanc.

Jauma Chenin - an interesting wine, lovely nose and textual. Not overly exciting for the price though. Beautiful label as always.
