Based on 2012, May 17 disg. 1.5 g/l dosage. A little over 1.5 yrs since my last btl...this is straight fire! On the nose: roast hazelnut, lemon peel, lemon oil, soft vanilla, candied ginger, soft coppery notes...amazing intensity. On the palate: ginger, lime, nuts, cool mint, fantastic acidity, excellent density..slightly clipped finish, but otherwise faaantastic.
