734 Late Disgorged NV. At Assunta Madre, Barcelona. Medium golden hue. Amazing nose: honey, white flower, hints of peach and chalky minerality. Mushroom development starting to show. On the palate, dry, fresh acidity that doesn't burn, medium body and alcohol. Medium plus concentration of flavour. The finish is good but not very long. Extremely enjoyable.
