A quick and loud entrance. It just bursts beautifully with honeycomb, white flowers, cheese and nuts. Almost full-bodied, elegant, vinous and fresh. Salty mouthfeel, textured and nuanced with delicate mousse, and long evolving and sapid finish.

Hmm. Not feeling it. First time with this producer and wine. It’s definitely a horse of a different color….Chalky and “grippy”. It’s grounded and very dry and one of the least sweet champagnes I have tried. It just didn’t get to any place very good for my palate. Gave it ample time but similar results across the timeline.

18/20 (95/100) Легкий медный оттенок в цвете. Тонкий и элегантный и очень красивый аромат с нотами малины, красных лесных ягод, яблок и груш, лимонного сока с бриоши. Легкость во вкусе, звонкая кислотность, продолжительное послевкусие. Великолепно!
