This was wild. This is a single vineyard selection out of the 6 vineyards that go in to the Substance. Obviously in an oxidative style, I found this to show more oxidized fruit yet wasn’t as savory as the Substance. Golden amber in the glass. Overripe apricot, pineapple and guava drizzled in honey aromatics. Basically zero bubbles. Not necessarily yeasty/doughy, but there is a toasted flair.
