Such a delicious Blanc de Blancs. Brioche, yellow apple, parsnip.

Curious on base wine here, lots grassiness underneath that exotic Montgeux fruit. Wet chalk, papaya skin, grass, citrus peel, mushroom. There’s a palate weight these wines have that I absolutely adore.

Salty, green pineapple, guava, citrus zest, hay, stones. A touch tropical, crushed chalk, edgy acid and nerve. 10/2012 Disgorgement

Awesome. Buttered toast (in the best way), a squeeze of lemon and hints of pineapple. Marine minerality for days and just deep, sultry Champagne. This is a great example of what separates Champagne from sparkling wine. Depth, depth, depth!
