Tried this about 4 years ago, found a new batch. Clean pale lemon color, with light bubbles, crisp Asian Pear and apple flavors. Slight toasty flavor and short finish. Overall good value for a sparkler.

Feels a bit of citrus in taste, refreshing aroma, nice color. Quite interesting mixture of grapes - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
