I cannot believe how good this wine is! It tastes so fresh, but there are oxidized characteristics as it opens. Marzipan, honey, pears, baked apples, jasmine. There’s also some nutmeg and red apple. The palate explodes with flavor at the end. Dried apricots, a ton of apple, dark honey, tart lemon juice, almonds, some bread. I am so impressed! Given as a gift and I honestly thought 25 year old j vineyards would have turned. Boy was I wrong. Maybe wine of the year for me.

Still fresh and vibrant due to disgorgement, with good complexity and yeast development. One of the better domestic sparkling wines I've had.

Fantastic. Love it. Still bright and yummy, with bread-y yeasty hints on the finish. I would drink this every day if I could afford it.
