Delightful bouquet of pear, Meyer lemon and tropical/pineapple fruit. The lush mouthfeel bursts with flavors of ripe pear and sweet orange blossom honey, then finishes with a distinct minerality. A swath of lemon-lime on the palate highlights the fruit and acid.

Wine with a hint of melon that then has a bright, acidic honey tropical flavor that fades away into a musked apple. The flavors were good but the overall ending wasn't perfect. Still, served very cold, this wine is delightful.

Musk melon, gooseberries, yellow apple, and honeydew; almost reads like a Sauvignon Blanc. Medium texture with a finish like bitter pith. Serve very cold. 13.8% abv | $16 (sample)

J's Winemaking Team Melissa, Scott and Scott are exploring their Joie de Gris in our estate Pinot Gris Cooper Vineyard. Check out the dark skins on the fruit which belie this white grape's status. The resulting wine is fresh, tropical and delicious.

Delectable is right place for the delicious Pinot Gris from J Vineyards Beautiful pale yellow color Fragrant pear and stone fruit aromas with savory notes Flavors of pear in the midpalate and finish Mouth watering acidity as good with aperitif cheese with dinner prep as with chicken Am mostly pairing it with surviving Monday
