2015 vintage. Moreau (owned by Boisset) doesn't own vineyards, but can obviously get their hands on high-quality grapes as reflected in this Vaillons. A warm vintage results in a wine that seems bigger in fruit and less mineral than usual. Very nice nose with apricot, flowers, a subtle nutiness and minerality. Attractive wine, with good, but not steely acidity, some complexity, minerality and good length that could be mistaken for Côte de Beaune.

I mean…kind of boring. Salty and some minerality with good acidity but really a one note song kind of thing. Expected more, but not bad.
