Thick bluish dark ruby color; blue and black berries and oak-notes dominate the nose but it also contains some meatiness, herbs and peppercorn; taste is blueberry soup — like the one you drink warm at a nordic ski event — and baking spices, but the mouthfeel is nevertheless balanced and long.

Fruktig och fatbetonad, ogenerat nya-världen-pump. Mogen frukt, kaffe, vanilj. Svårt att hitta några druvtypiska drag här, men ibland är det är också ok.

V17. Enjoyable, over delivers, well priced. Chocolate and smoked meat nose. Rich, fresh blackberry fruit. Smooth, chocolate finish. Very good.

Nov 27th, 2020An excellent wine for the price (about $16 I think at Gelson’s). It pours a deep rich burgundy color. Flavors of chocolate- milk, not cocoa - strawberries, raspberries and maybe a little caramel. The wine went perfectly with the New York steaks we had it with. This is an exceptional wine that can be a daily drinker or accompany a nice meal. Bring it as a gift to a friend’s house - they’ll thank you.
