Wonderfully dry. Gentle sweetness not overwhelming. Pleasant fruitiness. Apple, moments of light blueberry. Minute kisses of raspberry. Very strong effervescent qualities.

Aromas of apple (green and red), nutmeg, ginger, and fresh bread. Excellent body, buoyed by plentiful, soft, unaggressive bubbles, with the unmistakable backbone that gives us Cava. Warm fruit, everlong on the finish, tactile acid/mineral interplay. Overdelivers for the price, and for a $20 Cava.
