Top Notes For
Nice nose of coffee, chocolate and a distinct dark fruit (cassis?). Taste: Sweet but thick, with the fruit (currants/cassis) immediately present, followed by hints of coffee, and ending with a nice finish of caramel chocolate. The finish is long and particularly impressive--like you just ate a caramel. Nice wine, but lacks any mouth watering spice. Nice taste, but almost flat.

Fruity on the nose with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, oak, vanilla cake and black pepper.
Medium bodied with high acidity and elegant.
Fruity on the palate and dry, with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, cranberries, coke, vanilla, licorice, wood, spices, cocoa and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish, with fine grained tannins and black pepper.
Nice Napa Cabernet yet simple. It received a lot of good reviews, so I had to try it. Good by itself or with food. Good quality, but I expected more body.
13.9% alcohol by volume.
