From a tasting excursion to the Rouge Valley in Oregon, I did the Vineyard to Table tasting at the winery. It was a great experience with a three course pairing. This Pinot was matched with pork belly which was exquisitely prepared by their own chef. Still young with tastes of cherries, olives, and rosemary. It will get even better with some age.
