As always, a wonderful wine, this time with swordfish baked with a ginger, lime juice, shallot, and soy sauce glaze, paired with a bell pepper and tomato salad, and fresh from the garden Swiss Chard, sautéed with garlic. A terrific early summer dinner at home, made perfect with a sensational wine.
