No bitterness and still plenty of acid. Don't let the beautiful, rich salmon color fool you. This is bright and crisp and reasonably priced without being overly fruity.

Light on the front of the palate, gains traction on the mid and back of the palate flashing lime and red fruits. Brisk finish that shows the round tannins and acidity.

A lovely #TGIF Bubbly from @ironhorsevyds Strawberry color with a persistent bead of tiny bubbles and yeasty tart red fruit, dried rose and a hint of mineral aromas. On the palate it shows a moderately creamy mousse with intense cherry, raspberry blood orange flavors. 63% Pinot Noir 37% Chardonnay. 13.5% alcohol
