This is the Iron Horse, Cuvée 50- 300cs production special for the super bowl. Chard/Pinot, pinot leaning- dosage includes single vineyard Pinot. Bruised, roasted Apple, dirty roses, creamy palate and tree bark (earthy bitter from still Pinot dosage?) which gives it just a hue to seem vin Gris.
