Crisp and light on its feet. If I squint my eyes and turn the tv up loud, I feel like I'm at the super bowl, tee hee

Iron Horse bubbly is our go-to wine for special occasions. For example, we want the best. We’re never disappointed. This one was especially wonderful.

This is the Iron Horse, Cuvée 50- 300cs production special for the super bowl. Chard/Pinot, pinot leaning- dosage includes single vineyard Pinot. Bruised, roasted Apple, dirty roses, creamy palate and tree bark (earthy bitter from still Pinot dosage?) which gives it just a hue to seem vin Gris.
