Jul 4th, 2020Redolent of blanched almonds and candied orange rind, balanced on the palate with a creamy texture and flavors more expressive of orange blossom water and a delicate note of strawberries like a hard pastile and a mineral talc and scent akin to a chewable vitamin that lingers long on the finish. 69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay of the gifted Green Valley, this blend has been served at the White House during all of the last five American Presidencies for visiting dignitaries including the house of Windsor. Exceptional with immediate appeal.

Feb 6th, 2016Normally a huge Iron horse bubbly fan but this was more average than fantastic. Still a bottle I’d recommend but I will likely go to other bottles.

Oct 26th, 2024Toasted a Bills’ victory over Miami with this beauty. Probably would have been a wee bit better a year or two ago, but still a wonderful example of sparkling winemaking at its best.
