Oregon PINOT! I have opened the 2015 Not One iOTA Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills. I saw this sitting in the bin and it was a new bottle I hadn't seen before. I thought it's from the Willamette Valley how bad could it be? I love the Willamette Valley and this would not disappoint.

Upon opening this I new right away this was for me. On the nose there is strawberry, cherry, red raspberry, cranberry, some wonderful funk, cream soda, and dusty soil.

The first sip the palate said welcome home. There is strawberry, cranberry, cherry, vanilla, cola, rose petal, light oak and crushed rock.

This wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity and medium + smooth sandy tannins that leads to a long clean fresh finish. What a beautiful way to start the weekend. The Willamette Valley you keep producing great pinot noir and I keep coming back to enjoy myself. Have a great weekend, stay safe and be good. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Cherry, cranberry, rhubarb, loamy earth, raspberry, oak and hints of vanilla. Great structure and soft tannins.

Solid effort, but a touch disjointed still on day one. Looking forward to seeing how it shapes up tomorrow.
