If Donald Trump becomes President, I'll need this wine to get me through the dark years ahead.

This wine is not my style, consisting of licorice, tar, and bramble flavors and giving some dark fruit hints on its bouquet. The finish was unremarkable with firm tannin and spices. It overwhelmed a traditional French balsamic chicken dish that other Cabs usually get along with. Overall, a strong Cab you have to be on the mood for.

I love this wine. It was very smooth and had a rich bold cab presence. I love bold and I love the rich berry and earthy leathery flavors.

Minerality, balanced acidity, and an almost syrah like chocolate. Quite a cool journey.

Another strong vintage but much more typical of Columbia Valley this time around. Medium acidity. Medium body. Coy fruit, concentrated raspberry preserves, some tart red fruits mid palate before a cocoa cranberry finish.

Great to drink with friends. Smooth, fruity but dry, goes great with a beef dish. Slightly more expensive so it won’t be a regular bottle except for company.

Sometimes, no matter how much you hope it isn’t so, a wine just isn’t that good. To make matters worse, the label way out kicked its coverage.
