Past it’s prime, but oh wait it’s opening up, and hey I can drink this, and oh wow actually this is really good. Black olive, rosemary and bubblegum on the nose, surprisingly fresh aromatics, very rusty coloured. Light-medium body, medium acidity. Still past it’s prime, but also still a pleasure. But hmm rather quickly it’s now very past it’s prime.
