beautiful wine. Really opened up on the third day with a slight chill. Full bodied, rich but not sweet. Dark and brooding. Would go well with a medium rare steak.

Similar to my last two notes. 1hr+ decant. Dark red color but not all that deep. Lovely Bordeaux style nose. Dark cherries, cedar, and a touch of oak on the palate. Integrated sweetness with hints of spice. Medium depth and finish. Very nice!

Agree w @Shay A palate notes even though he had the 12. Strong notes of cocoa and dark chocolate w some kirsch. The decant was definitely the way to go. Delicious.

Feb 19th, 20221hr+ decant. Dark red color. This is truly classic Napa all around!! Dark cherries, subtle new oak, menthol, and a hint of smoke. Medium depth and finish. Lovely!

Oct 9th, 2021Fantastic! 1hr+ decant. Perfectly balanced and very refined from nose to finish. Deep dark cherries with tar and cedar. Coats the palate. Medium plus finish. Paired lovely with Chorizo burgers.

May 23rd, 20211 hour decant and needed a lot more than that. Massive spice that almost burns your tongue. Nice mix of Napa and Bordeaux. Many years left in it!

Dec 16th, 201930+ decant. Solid nose of cherry fruit and tar. Wine had a surprisingly large amount of oak, vanilla, and coconut in addition to the fruit and smoke. Decent amount of spice too. Seemed very different from what my previous bottles tasted like. Maybe I should have followed my previous note and PnP’d! Wasn’t bad at all, just different from my expectations.
