Ripe and jammy nose, plush palate, fine oak notes. Classic napa style.

Ouch! Mouth coating tannin.. This will likely mellow with time. Full bodied and rich but simple now..

Dark and brooding but a pleasure to drink, healthy tannins and good acid should hold up well.

beautiful wine. Really opened up on the third day with a slight chill. Full bodied, rich but not sweet. Dark and brooding. Would go well with a medium rare steak.

Really a very nice example of classic Napa Cab.

1 hour decant and needed a lot more than that. Massive spice that almost burns your tongue. Nice mix of Napa and Bordeaux. Many years left in it!

30+ decant. Solid nose of cherry fruit and tar. Wine had a surprisingly large amount of oak, vanilla, and coconut in addition to the fruit and smoke. Decent amount of spice too. Seemed very different from what my previous bottles tasted like. Maybe I should have followed my previous note and PnP’d! Wasn’t bad at all, just different from my expectations.

Wow! Perfect combination of fruit, finesse, and terroir! Wine still has legs too. Maybe it was the atmosphere with too great friends, but this wine shined. Can't remember what I paid for it, but it was well worth it!!!

Dinner with a new team member last night!! Lovely nose with great blueberry aromas. Palate has blueberry, cherry, vanilla, and more oak than I would have expected. Very nice wine, but the oak holds back its true beauty.
