It smells and drinks like a fruit-forward Boudreaux. Nose of vanilla, graphite, cocoa, cassis, blackberry, eucalyptus, blueberry. Fruit forward on the palate, but has a persistent elegant finish with a nice savory acidity. Tannins are firm, but smooth out in the finish. This is a well-made wine.
