They make one barrel of this every vintage. That is a 10,000 Liter barrel. Which equates to approximately 1100 cases.
Smooth. But afterwards it’s very uninteresting. I think you need to pair with a spicy dish. But I’m afraid to bring that up to Jeffrey. But I did. And I got the look. And an ‘eh’.

Bright and clean. Green pear and green apple, lemon, apricot, and a intense minerals. Tastes almost like steel. Just a hint of sweetness.
