aromas of licorice, anise, herbs.... all gentle
flavors of grapefruit, peach, little slate....lemony aftertaste... bit of bitter herb.

Very pale, almost clear. Honeysuckle and apple on the nose. Short finish. Almost fleshy, ripe peach aftertaste. Good for a hot day.

Orange blossom and quince on the nose. Lemony with a stone fruit palate. Really light, somewhat acidic not overly dry. Pairs well with shrimp linguine.
