Sancho Panza Vino Bianco Fiano

Complex nose, good length and richness. This is almost too naturale for me, with its mono-flavor finish. Hopefully it improves with age. Already quite versatile with affettati and seafood.

Juicy peach, apricot, pineapple. Tannin. Honey, sage, and basil. Tasty tasty treat

Heavy skin contact characters. Tannin, fresh, juicy acidity. Apricots, peaches, citrus, but taut and lean. Stupendously good in a fashion that could only be Italian white wine

Fabulous orange business, up there with E&M for me in pleasure & complexity. Sweet apple, aniseed, good tannin & structure. Firing on all cylinders.

Apples, florals, happy hump day

Fuyu persimmon, dried stone fruit, flinstone vitamin, candle wax, black tea. Snapping acidity, rounded juicy texture, light bodied, long floral-stone fruit-salty finish. Initially shy and pedestrian bitter orange wine. Decant for 2 hours, best on day 2 and 3. Outstanding if you’re willing to wait. Sampled on Biodynamic fruit day.

Full of layers, not a ordinary white win aroma (somehow fruity whisky-like). Nice for tasting
