Needed about 2 hours to get going, awesome. Classic Sangiovese & eucalyptus combo platter

2024 summer. Feels a little monolithic at this stage but has lots of classical cherry and dusty stone - it would be interesting to see how it evolves with a few more years

Deep Ruby with aromas of black cherry, forest floor, thyme, and pine. Very rich and lucious with a long finish. Excellent!!!

Very smooth and delicate, medium bodied, earthy/rusty, leather, red fruit, very easy drinking. Like!

Earthy cherry, some raspberry, hint of blueberry. Very good blend of berry and earth. Great pairing with the rosemary, garlic lamb.
