Pure red cherry, with the barest hint of Alpine crushed minerals and pine resin. Almost Santa Barbara-like in this hot vintage, but then the structure and minerals kick in on the long, ripe finish. Can only imagine what the ‘18 will be like. #niedrist #blauburgunder #pinotnoir #südtirol

Dark cherry, plum, pine needles, smooth, nice complexity, med acidity, lingering finish. Fun, interesting wine.

Scary good. Alpine berries and forest floor like.

Fruity zest. Mountain Pinot noir in good form.

Delicious reasonably priced Pinot Nero

Dark cherries & plums. Medium acidity. Nice balance with a velvety finish. A beautiful recommendation.
