Nice to try this again and from the stellar 2010 vintage. Medium ruby, approaching garnet in the glass. Gorgeous nose of dried flower petals and dusty dried red fruits and plum plus that faint tar quality. The palate shows the same red fruits and some fine grained tannic grip, was hoping for more complexity. Went great with Manchego and cured salami. This seems to be at peak now for getting at in the next few years.

Bit of a slump here. This threw a lot of sediment. There's bright red fruit for days but the tannin and acid need to settle. Good, but not as approachable/integrated as I would've expected.
