Wow! Serious dried apricot vibes. Clove, cardamom, dried yellow flowers, toasted almond. Seriously concentrated, super high acidity. Exceptional.

Very savory with a hit of acid that went great with the sweet potato/lamb/mushroom/yogurt/quick pickle bowl I made for dinner. Would probably be a little too extra for me without food. Very unique.

Have had this at Curio and Forage

Drank in Portland, bottle from Maine & Loire. Didn’t know Vermont made wine before this. Super interesting, some notes of a kombucha over a pet nat.

Delicious ! Jasmine fragrance & flavor + kumquat, slightly oxi but not to undermine the overall tasting profile! Would buy again in a heartbeat!
