Intensely savory! Super interesting, as someone who finds most white wines boring. Part of a cheese tasting event with Mission Cheese, paired with "Piper's Pyramide" goat cheese. — 4 years ago
Very savory with a hit of acid that went great with the sweet potato/lamb/mushroom/yogurt/quick pickle bowl I made for dinner. Would probably be a little too extra for me without food. Very unique. — 4 years ago
so juicy, perfect slightly chilled on a warm day — 4 years ago
big fan of peay's pinot noir so was excited to try this syrah with my ribeye. beautiful round fruit, just the slightest spiciness, mild tannins. really good — 4 years ago
Starts out earthy but opens up to dark fruit and spice. Tannic and heavier bodied, unusual for my idea of a Gamay but extremely satisfying with a ribeye and sweet potatoes with yogurt-mint sauce. Acidic but mellows with food. — 4 years ago

beautiful. not usually a fan of chardonnay but this was round, silky, and complex. dried apricots and a nice acid bite at the finish. with dungeness crab bisque. — 4 years ago
opened with my best baked ziti because it's just that kind of night. spicy and savory nose, more body than your standard gamay. pretty low acid, low tannins, so nice for sipping. — 4 years ago
Opened this with a take-out meal from Commis featuring duck breast. Really delightful, light and vibrant. — 4 years ago
