Nov 22nd, 2018Pale white in color. Lychee, floral and spice in nose, honey, lychee and spice flavors in mouth, pineapple and a touch of bitterness in finish. Good acidity, still showing varietal character. Fruit has faded since last tasting 11 months ago. Drink now, preferably with food.

Gorgeous lavender, lychee aromas with hints of rose petals & cashews. Lovely elegant mouthfeel. Seamless waves of fruit and subtle acidity make it well rounded and balanced. Beautiful wine.
