Feb 21st, 2021 13’ HDV Ysabel Pinot Noir. Decanting is still needed (45/60 minutes) A dense ruby/purple color as well as a big sweet nose of blackcurrants, black cherries, forest floor. Rocking complexity to the core. No need to hold on to these wines. Perfect spot after a short decant. Love this PN.
