Dark cherry nose hints of vanilla. The tannins were too forward for me, but I could imagine other people would like it. It stood up well with spicy scallops and was fruitier after the food. Interesting enough to change over time. Last sip was the best.

Aroma of dusty dried rose. Smooth black plum and pomegranate with sweet chocolate finish. Lots of fruit but well balanced with enough acid and no harsh tannins. At its prime and great with filet mignon with fried onions and mashed potatoes at Albion River restaurant. Delicious.
