Yummy. Defined by clean ripe fruit. Pure velvet. Dark and rich. One of the best hundred acre I’ve tried. Perfect age

A near perfect wine...smooth and elegant, full bodied with very mellow tannins. A soft finish. Very elegant and totally delicious.

Yup. This happened. My first Hundred Acre and I believe this is the highest rated wine I've posted on here. Last night was the monthly WTF wine group meeting that focused on whites and lighter reds. After most everyone left, Kobi busted this bad boy out!

WOW. If I had to describe this wine in one word, it would be elixir. At pop and pour, this wine was alive with a rush of blue and black fruits, sandalwood and liqueur. As a 2010, the tannins were still very present but in no way harsh. Stunning texture and weight on the palate...toasted oak, milk chocolate, espresso and blueberry explosion. The finish went on for a minute plus. We drank from the decanter over the next hour and all the elements above just increased in intensity.

Who knows when I'll get to try another Hundred Acre (won't be opening mine for a while), but I'll be stoked whenever I get to revisit this amazing wine again.

Another Jayson Woodbridge masterpiece! Opulent dark fruit., a nose you can smell from across the room and what a full lush mouthfeel. Winner., winner chicken dinner! Or all by itself would be just as good!!

2011 few and far between Cabernet.
This was a great way to come over the top of the 07 Shiraz. WOTN between the 2.

Favoriet van Helena & Charles, elk perceel heeft zijn eigen naam, zo is dit Few and Far Between. Ook zo’n USD 600 per fles
