Jun 27th, 2018Amazing, could be mistaken for Pinot Noir. Great, refreshing acidity, red fruits, earthy, smoky, firm but fine tannins. Just superb. Drunk and enjoyed with rabbit.

Rounded acid, minimal tannin presence, silky texture, medium bodied, long spicy-smoky finish. Drinks like a Côte de Brouilly Gamay blended with a Ribeira Sacra Mencía. Phenomenal Chilean natural wine.

This was the oddest, most PIA pseudo wax capsule I have ever chipped off a bottle. The smell of petrol in the binding was overwhelming. Ugh.
After I thumb slice and a bruised knuckle, I finally opened this, wipes away and decanted... 2 hours later...
Green / unripe fruits take the reigns, where high acids take control of the body and the back end.
Not unlike the feeling of citrus sour candy. Neat.
