Bright red berry with summer sausage, fresh leafy herbs, earth, and tire rubber. Light body, firm(ish) tannin, and fresh med+ acid. Rustic and unpolished, but totally charming.

Amazing, could be mistaken for Pinot Noir. Great, refreshing acidity, red fruits, earthy, smoky, firm but fine tannins. Just superb. Drunk and enjoyed with rabbit.

Great discovery by a dear friend. This is the real Chile. Inmediate pleasure with good acidity to pair. This is a very gourmand wine.

Short lived unfortunately. An elephant sized dose of mouse settled in by day two.

Murky, relatively uninspired black cherry and some underlying spice.

Tertiary type aromas on the nose but bright red fruit and spice after some bottle time.

Very primal vibes. Bright but earthy and deep. This wine feels like it's not vegan. It tastes like venison carpaccio or something. Fresh blood and nice balsamic and olive oil with some arugula for color

Blueberries, pomegranate juice, plum, dried roses, fennel seed, violets, white pepper, olives. Rounded acid, minimal tannin presence, silky texture, medium bodied, long spicy-smoky finish. Drinks like a Côte de Brouilly Gamay blended with a Ribeira Sacra Mencía. Phenomenal Chilean natural wine.

Another Chilean boutique wine shop import. #santiagowineclub

This was the oddest, most PIA pseudo wax capsule I have ever chipped off a bottle. The smell of petrol in the binding was overwhelming. Ugh.

After I thumb slice and a bruised knuckle, I finally opened this, wipes away and decanted... 2 hours later...

Green / unripe fruits take the reigns, where high acids take control of the body and the back end.
Not unlike the feeling of citrus sour candy. Neat.
